Her professional approach is centred on integrity and the desire to build and grow relationships, all while helping her treasured clients reach their goals and achieve great successes. Julie has built her brand based on her approachability with a sincere desire to assist others. She feels so fortunate to be at the forefront of the industry, helping people navigate the significant process of buying and selling real estate. Providing her clients with advice based on a multitude of experiences and transactions is something that she takes very seriously and has found great success in. Julie prides herself on INNOVATION, a word that is often overused. It requires a constant dedication to providing her clients with the most effective and updated marketing strategies, tools and industry developments. She utilizes a combination of traditional, digital and ‘out of the box’ marketing techniques to maximize exposure for sellers and in turn, attract buyers in creative ways that provide exceptional results.
